Are you looking for the fuses? You should be able to find that in your owner's manual.

What make/model is it?

@sylvia chomas,
we might possibly be able to assist you if we knew what kind of vehicle we were dealing with.

Year?
Make?
Model?

(and welcome to A2K)

@Rockhead,
Depending on the make/model it is located on the left under the dash, on the right under the dash or in the engine compartment on the firewall.

Glad we could help.

It could also be a fuse problem, with the fuse located on the central lock module.

@sylvia chomas,
Behind the glove compartment.

The fuse for it is located behind the fuse box (left of steering wheel) I note this because though you insist you've already tested fuses this one is hidden on the backside of it and you might have missed it.

@sylvia chomas,
Fuse #63 on the back side of the panel, you need to remove it to check it.

@sylvia chomas,
I'm not sure, but even if you do, you'll likely need it reprogrammed by Ford and you won't be able to just replace it or fix it yourself.

@sylvia chomas,
I already told you that part, remove the fuse box you already found, and it's on the back.
