Trying to think of film title

There is a movie out within the last four years that I would like to get a video of, and cannot dredge up the title, in part because to me the title didn't really fit the movie.

It was about a woman medical student who comes to Rome from Africa and works part time for a pianist.

Sadly, I think I have even asked this question before, and forget the answer. The title is something like (but not) State of Siege... having to do with the trouble in the woman's homeland, and perhaps her relationship with the pianist.
