are so good. i always put too much salt tho..

Sad

also pancakes are amazing. some vanilla , some brown sugar, OH MY LORD WTF JUST HAPPENED?

best damn stuff on earth just hit you in the face.

@OGIONIK,
Try using coarse Kosher salt. Less of it will stick and it's lower in sodium content than free flowing table salt.

Also to make homemade fries a little bit healthier - I bake or broil the fries instead of deep frying. I will pour just enough oil in the bottom of a baking pan, arrange the fries so none is onto of another - cook one side til slightly brown and crispy and turn over and cook on the other side.

I even used seasoned salt instead of regular salt to cut down on the sodium and give it a little different flavor.

Malt vinegar is also a great thing to sprinkle on for some good flavor.

I second the idea of kosher salt. Can also use other seasonings, like rosemary.

Sea salt usully "doesn't" have iodine.

i used some sea salt last night. very good, i also liked the idea of not deep frying, i usually hate pan baked fries but put some of the oil in the pan, dur durr durr//
