I don't just disagree - I think you need to do some basic research before you waste our bandwidth. If you got all the people in the world standing together they wouldn't take up 1% of the world's surface. The troposphere (the bit we could actually survive in) is an average of 7 miles thick - the rest of the 'atmosphere' extends to about 62 MILES about the the surface of the world.
Have a bit of think about how many human beings it would take to fill an area 1% of that....
