low profile kitchen garbage disposal

Is there such a thing as a low profile kitchen garbage disposal that would work with 5 inches of vertical difference beteeen the bottom of the sink and the center of the drain line? and where could I find one?
Drain line is horizontal and non movable - sink is undermounted on granite countertop and effectively non movable.
