MESSAGE TO EVERYONE EXCEPT THE MODERATORS:

I started a new thread just a short while ago.

The entire of my commentary was:

If it were not locked, I would have posted the following comment in it:

One -- NNY actually managed to post something about which Ican and I were able to agree.

That is one hell of an accomplishment, NNY.

You ought to run for public office.

Two -- this interplay between Ican and Cephus is probably the funniest schtick I've seen in one of these Internet forums.

Keep at it guys.

Good laughs are hard to come by.

Now that thread is locked, with a comment from the moderators that says:

Messages to the moderators should be sent to the moderator account.

I just wanted to remind everyone that if you have comments for the moderators -- you should send them to the moderator account.

Do not post them as new thread.

That is the wrong way to do it.

edit - or seemed to have attempted to do. i'm not actually sure if that was the purpose of the new thread. or part of it. or none of it.

It seems to be unlocked, as PDiddie said. So I think responses can just go there. (Er, Ican's thread, that is. If you want to respond to Frank's first thread which was locked... here. I think. Or... I know! Start your own thread to ask where to put new responses! Razz

Kinda defeats the whole purpose of locking don't it Beth?

Frank, I wish you'd not do this each time this happens. I locked that thread as I was reviewing it. A member called another an asshole in a roudabout way and it was not immediately obvious that it was done in jest.

If you have a complaint about any moderator actions direct them to the moderator account. Threads opened for this purpose will be locked.

It might make a small difference to you but for organizational purposes it makes our life a whole lot easier.
