This is not a joke and you can actually buy these for you kids on Kellogg's website for you kids and put them on the fast track to learning to put small toys in their mouths.
Their lawyers must be bored. Would you buy these for your kids?
I have - but my kids are old enough to know the difference between toys and food - and they are incredibly squishy. The key here is you should never have real legos around babies and young children who will put them in their mouths. Maybe not the fruit snacks until they are older. This would not have been a problem for me...maybe for some parents though. I have been surprised many times at the lack of attention paid to children by their parents.
Babies put small things in their mouths no matter what you do.
its an age old concern since before legos, micro machines, and other ridiculously small toys

I agree with this completely, but in a litigious country in a litigious time this is surprising to me mainly because I can't believe the company's lawyers let this one through.
