What is on your 'to do' list before you die?

On another thread, I posted that visiting Italy was on my 'to do' list before I die. That got me thinking about what else would go on that list if I should have the ability, stamina, wherewithall, time, and opportunity.

I would like to climb Mt. Everest
I would like to ride in a fighter jet
I would like to take a trip into space

How about you?

I would like to witness the public flogging of George W. Bush
I would like to kick Dick Cheney in the balls
I'd like to see Ayers Rock

@Foxfyre,
I'd like to seriously clean my small house: treasure a few things, get rid of the rest. Put my photos in order, after gleaning, with decent descriptions, on some site that doesn't just erase them three months after I'm gone. Why go to great effort for wipeout? Use proceeds from the gleaning for varied bills. Go to a few places one more time, and a few others for the first time (London, Rio, for example). Continue reconnecting with pals of yore.

Start to love New Mexico.. I'm at the like stage, with the negatives not all being the state's fault.

@ossobuco,
Adds --
re do my 46 piazza outlines and spiff up the bibliography, which I once knew cold but with passing time have fading memory of; research anew from the web.
Never mind the book, just to add the research compilation for others.

@Foxfyre,
Funny! I saw The Bucket list not long ago....I'll see if I can find my list....

I know a few things on it by heart:

See:
Italy
Ireland
Nepal

Dance beneath the stars with the love of my life. (Don't know who that is yet)
Do something for my son he'll never forget.
Learn to sail.
Learn to play the guitar.
Make a magic memory with my daughter.
Change a stranger's life for the better.
Live on the beach.

I'll have to find the rest of my list.

I want to have a best seller historical novel published. One that makes people laugh and cry and go hurrah! and winds up on approved reading lists in school libraries. Not too much to want do you think?
