hi//i have a rainsoft softener amazon digital softener...i doesnt seem to produce soft water. i took it apart and everything seems to be tight..orings and seals..no clogging anywhere///when i start the regeneration manually,,,the display shows 1,2,3,4,and then 5 ,,where it stops and starts cycling water thru the triguard for about 4 mins...then i goes to 6,7,8 9 and then 1 where it seems to start the regeneration cycle...the brine injector is clear, the triguard poppet is in place...but there seems to be no flow between the salt tank and valve..help
Replace the two tiny O rings on the brine injector and the 3 large piston O rings no
matter how good they look and make sure all 3 tri-guard connections are sealed.
Do not over tighten the tri-guard, it will crack.

where do i get these from...can i use a oring kit...or get the exact ones for this unit

OE are best and the RainSoft factory has them. Your local dealer may be able to help if they are willing.
