For those of you with slow computers it's a middle aged mom and dad sitting with their daughter saying "We need to talk about sex -- we think you should be having it". The daughter looks confused and asks "What if I get pregnant?" and the parents respond "Oh we'll just leave them at the shelter or dump them on the street, don't worry about it".
The ad is a reminder to get your pets spayed or neutered.
I think it's hilarious and effective but it seems that some people think that the ad is encouraging teens to have sex.
If anything more than getting the spay/neuter message across I think it would encourage teens
not to have sex because, you know, that whole baby aspect of it.
I'm just curious -- what do you think of the ad?
(I know we have a few people on A2K who think PETA is the antichrist. This is not about how much you hate PETA, please.)
