Is it just me??

I get the definite impression that if you were to have a tennis match with Venus Williams vs. Roger Federer and the rules were, put the ball in play with a machine and nobody is allowed to hit a forehand, Venus would probably win.

That standard topspin backhand which both Sampras and Federer use appears inneficient, sort of like arm punching in boxing; they're having to move their arm one foot to move the racket head one foot.

Venus vs Roger, ball put in play mechanically, just backhands....
