The first time I watched WEST SIDE STORY it was on VHS. When John Astin appeared in it and the dancers kept clicking their fingers, right away I concluded that that film was the inspiration for the theme to the ADAMS FAMILY series on television. So, ya see, the movie was good on a multi-cultural level.
