Plumbing Problem

I am trying to disconnect an old washing machine, and I am having a small problem. I haven't touched the washing machine for twenty six years and the drain-hose is stuck inside the standing pipe. I've tried WD-40, just to see if that would help loosen it, but it didn't. What can I do? Thanks

I'd disconnect the drain hose from the washing machine and remove the machine. That would leave you with a drain hose/stand pipe problem not a disconnect the machine problem.

In what way is the hose stuck, corrosion, wedged...?
