Good luck trying to cancel. I would like to hope they answer the phone and actually connect you to to person authorized to cancel. The letter should be certified mail with reception notification.

Has it already been installed? They usually set installation dates immediately after sale...sometimes even on Sundays...as it is well know that it is more difficult to cancel and remove once it is installed.

They have a long history and extended experience in "handling" installation cancellations or system removals. I hope this doesn't lead to great frustration and anger.

Anyway, if you act, act fast and document every call and correspondence. I suppose you financed it, right? That creates yet another hurdle to jump.

Check these web sites for similar experiences and maybe you can find a solution. Do a search with a product/manufacturer name. Keep in mind that these are not a scientific studies and some postings might be disingenuous. But it can guide you to some extent your issue at present.
