This is my pre-1964 Winchester 32-Special carbine, still with its original bluing. They don't get much prettier than that, but sexy?

It holds 6 rounds. I'm waiting for the Hornady Leverevolution to come out in the 32SPL caliber and then I might put a scope on it. As it is, there is little need for a scope as it's only accurate to about 100 yards max.

I didn't choose the caliber, I inherited the gun. It's older than I am, and ammo is hard to find for it. The most requested Leverevolution ammo has been the 32SPL from the legions of fans who have shelved their beloved lever guns in favor of more accurate, longer range bolt actions.

Leverevolution puts a polymer tip on top of a lighter bullet, with a hot load to get much higher velocities along with the ability to safely load them in a tube magazine.
