Let's moan & groan about seasonable summer weather

With any luck, this past winter's snow will be completely melted soon.

Isn't it crazy! it's been a big feature on the local CBC radio station as well as CP24 over the last couple of days - the final snow melt from the dump sites - crazy.

This is Michigan's first ever monsoon season, following last winter's 100+ inches of global warming.

the smog didn't arrive until this morning - with a vengance !
it wasn't just the regular smog we get coming up from the south in the summer ... ... a local scrap dealer's site caught fire yesterday afternoon ... ... what a stink !
we are being re-assured ; "no MAJOR health impacts are to be expected" , meaning : "you probably won't die right away from it , but ... ... " .

Oh no, evil scrap yards must be banned!!!

(forgetting the fact they are the original recyclers and the ones who process most of the recylably materials to this day).

nice , sunny day , temperature only in the mid-twenties C ...
so we decided tomorrow would be a good day to head to the beach : RAIN , says the forecast ...
we'll check in the morning ; it may turn out to be sunshine after all ! :wink:
