I'm sorry, shewolf. You're weather's worse than mine.

But, I still have to crab. They said wednesday was going to be mid-80s. Then they said 88 degrees. Now they're saying it'll be 92. Grrr.

There was a fierce wind though. And today is rather nice outside. Perfect, actually.

Today it's perfect here too - 72 F, sunny and a slight breeze from the
ocean. Perfect for the US Open that's hosted here in town...

Region, every time I see your new avatar, it reminds me of this commercial

I loved the way the thunder roared--almost as satisfactory as howling under a full moon.

I HATE working in the yard when it is 92 and there is a wind advisory (usually I can tell without an advisory..):

"A Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8 PM MDT this evening.

West to southwest winds will continue to increase through the
early afternoon with sustained speeds of 25 to 35 mph and gusts to
around 50 mph. Winds will begin to diminish toward sunset.

Motorists should exercise caution while driving in the Wind
Advisory area. Sudden gusts of wind may cause you to lose control
of your vehicle. Extra attention should be given to cross winds...
especially on north to south oriented highways. Localized areas
will experience brief periods of reduced visibilities due to
blowing dust." Wunderground)

Osso--

Patients in the southwestern State Hospitals get extra tranks when the desert winds blow and blow and blow.

Those winds are full of positive ions--just like air conditioning--and sensitive types eschew the positive.

Really, jespah? I always picture Region to be very shy and a bit timid. Very Happy

Another perfect day for the U.S.Open here - 50,000 people on the golf
course watching the activities at 70 F and a windy ocean breeze.

We're closer to seasonal weather again. Our average temperature for this time of year is only 75º, today was in the low 80s. If we could get back to truly seasonal temps, I'd have nothing to complain about.

It's 85 degrees today...and the humidity is about 85 as well...about to have an afternoon thunderstorm...it is better than the 90's of last week though...but like I said...I would rather it be warm.

Today was lovely although while I sat outside I could tell I was gonna get crispy if I stayed out for too long. But this evening will be lovely for walking.

Oh yeah, CJ -- he's quiet, sure, but quietly, erm, looking.
