Wish I had known sooner - friends just got a condo for like $600K in the Navy Yard I believe.
Then again - which area is this ? (you can be general, I'll get it).

Quincy - but not on the water - although it is consider a bit on the high end association (not as high as marina bay) - excellent location - easy highway access, but not so close to the highway that you hear or see it. Secluded area for Quincy.

Yesterday driving home I come up along near the T station and see the new off ramp. If you have seen it lately the beginnings are being built and there is an incline going up and dirt is laid on it. I thought, that would be really fun to drive up it and wondered if anyone has tried (of course you need to make sure you stop prior to the end as currently it just ends in mid air). Nothing is blocked to prevent some one from doing just that.

After college I skipped around North of Boston as well - Salem, Peabody, Danvers & Middleton.

Maybe it's just a feeling thing of where someone is -- is that possible? lol.

OK - who said that a nosy neighbor at an open house could recommend for their friends? - this actually happened. The couple who came to see it this weekend is friends with our neighbor and told them they would love it.

They came again this morning and plan on deciding by Thursday. We have still scheduled an open house for this weekend.

Whoever stated that can claim their prize.

Never did hear anything - I understand this to mean No, thanks. At least it did for the past 3 or 4 individuals who said similar things.

Open house tomorrow.

Home is dropped at the lowest point we plan to drop it. If it doesn't go don't know what - will have to see what work says about that as I had requested a couple of weeks ago what my options are if I do not sell.

Sorry to hear you haven't had any good news yet.

You just get ready for the next open house and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

It's a stressful time - take a bubble bath Wink

I need a massage and a vacation.

At least I am used to the rejection.
