Hello all,
My friend is selling his Ecowater Dual Demand 4000 water softener and asked if I'd like to buy it. As I'm looking for one, I'm looking at it. Can't find much on this unit. I know I don't have a real need for a dual unit, but if the price is right I may pick it up. Can someone let me know what they think of this unit? Is the head good? Do I need to be concerned about somehting? Should I stay away from it. I'm the only one in my house ... my hardness is at about 10 ... there is iron in my water, but haven't got a number on it yet. Use about 75GPD of water as calculated from my water bill.
I have never seen one, but I did find
this.

found this too:

but don't know enough about these systems to make an educated choice. If u have some time, I'd appriciate any advice on the system. Do you think the components will break down (i.e. material etc).
I've also looked at a culligan mk89 ... but it seems like outdated tech ... what do you think. Thought I'd say a little money and buy a re-sale ... maybe I should just purchase a new Fleck system, like I was first thinking.
That Ecowater Dual Demand 4000 system could be just what you need.
Have your water tested, then go to the new
ECOwater web site and find your local dealer.
This should help you find out if the system is right for your needs.
Good luck
