If it is the normal car seats, shout brand makes a cleaner that you can spray on, let set, then wipe off with a warm cloth that can handle pretty much any stain.

For an over all clean, you may want to take the car in and have it shampooed. It costs ( at least in my area) around 45 dollars to have the seats + carpets of a small car shampooed.
