I bought packaged italian sausge a week ago, and put it in the freezer. Four nights ago, i thawed it in a cold bowl of water and then something came up and I couldn't cook it so I put it in the fridge. It still looks fine... can I still cook it???? any help would be appreciated!!!
Yes, your sausage is safe to cook and eat--but be sure it is well done.
