What's the best stability ball (exercise ball)?

I'm breathless with anticipation.

Will Jespah get the ball properly inflated?

Will she end up thinking it's too yellow?

Can she persuade her doggie to stand on it?

I managed to get it properly inflated and RP has duly bounced it around like a basketball. Now we need a really big hoop.

For the answers to the other questions, yes, it's very yellow. Almost like sunny-side up eggs. If it starts glowing in the dark, I will become concerned.

No doggie here currently, unless I either borrow from a neighbor (the guy who owns the dry cleaner has a male pit bull. Yes, that would be a sight -- Gus the pit bull, all 80-whatever pounds of him, balanced on a neon yellow stability ball.) or print off my avatar and stick the paper on top of the ball. Wish I had a doggie but currently neither of us are home enough to properly care for one.

Right now the brand-new plastic fumes are a bit much. I wonder if I can Febreze it.

Tune in tomorrow for another episode of As the Stability Ball Turns.

Sponsored by Jack LaLanne.

Jack LaLanne is still alive and well. He's over 90 and still bench pressing weighty objects.

He's apparently also still doing many, many pushups every day. Woof.

Rubber ball
I come bouncing back to you
Rubber ball
I come bouncing back to you
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh

I'm like a rubber ball
Baby, that's all that I am to you
(Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, bouncy)

Just a rubber ball
'Cause you think you can be true to two
(Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, bouncy)

You bounce my heart around
(You don't even put her down)

And like a rubber ball
I come bouncing back to you
Rubber ball
I come bouncing back to you

If you stretch my love
Till it's thin enough to tear
I'll just stretch my arms
To reach you anywhere

And like a rubber ball
I'll come bouncing back to you
Rubber ball
I'll come bouncing back to you

You bounce my heart around
(You don't even put her down)

And like a rubber ball
I come bouncing back to you
Rubber ball
I come bouncing back to you
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh

Bouncy, bouncy
Bouncy, bouncy
Bouncy, bouncy
Bouncy, bouncy

I'm like a rubber band
When on my shoulder you do tap
(Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, bouncy)

Just a rubber band
Because my heartstrings, they just snap
(Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, bouncy)

You go and squeeze me till I'm all aflame
(She calls by some others guys name)

Like a rubber ball
I come bouncing back to you
Rubber ball
I come bouncing back to you

Rubber ball
I'll come bouncing back to you
Rubber ball
I'll come bouncing back to you

Rubber ball
I'll come bouncing back to you
Rubber ball
I'll come bouncing back to you.....

George--

You can park your rubber ball in my living room whenever you jog through the Poconos.

Unfortunately Cyrkle (not Cyrkus) got the color wrong.

Quote:
I should have known you'd bid me farewell
There's a lesson to be learned from this and I learned it very well
Now I know you're not the only starfish in the sea
If I never hear your name again, it's all the same to me

And I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

You never care for secrets I confide
For you I'm just an ornament, somethin' for your pride
Always runnin', never carin', that's the life you live
Stolen minutes of your time were all ya had to give

And I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

The story's in the past with nothin' to recall
I've got my life to live and I don't need you at all
The roller-coaster ride we took is nearly at an end
I bought my ticket with my tears, that's all I'm gonna spend

And I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

Oh, oh, oh
I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

You mean, it's not yellow after all? What a waste of research.

The ball is yellow, the song refers to red.

Therefore, the song needs to be changed, scansion be damned! Smile

The sun seems red when seen through smog and filthy air.

Viva, the EPA!

Is Momo a happy, yellow bouncy ball?

Jes--

I hope your bouncy ball doesn't have a smilie face. I could see getting some value out of Mr. Yuk supervising exercises, though.

No smiley face unless I draw one on it.

I'll crunch on it again today.
