We have a Culligan Mark 59 Aqua Sensor water softener. It runs every morning at 530. After we get up and use the water the unit shakes/vibrates considerably and sends a very loud noise throughout the house. After we run the water awhile it stops for the day. We have been doing a bunch of research but to date haven't been able to identify what might be causing it. Any thoughts?
Possibly you are using water during its regeneration. You should be able to change the time of regeneration to like 1 AM so it's done when you get up. Or, you need to set the time correctly on it.
