ORANGE HONEY BUTTER

1/2 pound of butter, soften
1 cup honey
4 tablespoons fresh or orange juice concentrate
grated rind of 1 orange

Add all of the ingredients to an electric mixer bowl. Mix very well.

Transfer the butter to a small bowl, cover, and chill for 24 hours.
