VINEGAR CHICKEN
An original recipe by BumbleBeeBoogie
1-1/2 cups wine vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper flakes
1/2 cup yellow onions, peeled and chopped
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
One whole chicken, cut up, or your favorite chicken parts
Cooked rice
In a saucepan, boil all of the ingredients (except the chicken) for 5 minutes until the mixture is slightly reduced in volume. Place the chicken pieces in a casserole dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover, and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or over night.
Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn the chicken pieces over half way through the cooking. Serve with rice; pour the pan juices into a bowl to spoon over the rice.
