Not too sure what this chap (above) is doing.
Food was based around trout. Although I didnt stick around we had the Great Australian trout cook off today. Mostly local chefs. Sandlewood smoked trout from Willow Lake and trout pate from the magnolia tree were two i watched. See the smoked trout here http://www.able2know.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=3111817#3111817
Was that a pre-emptive strike francis. I thought the pic looked like a frenchman given the Smock and Beret.
