Part of the food and wine festival today was a community art project. A local artist sketched the outlines and the public was invited to add the colour.

What a terrific idea, dadpad!
And it looks like most people were happy to have a go & add their bits of colour. Very Happy

So what was the food & wine like? Anything exciting to report?

The artist has offered to "clean up" any dodgy bits on the community canvas. Its a great Arts community up here.

Food was based around trout. Although I didnt stick around we had the Great Australian trout cook off today. Mostly local chefs.

Sandlewood smoked trout from Willow Lake and trout pate from the magnolia tree were two i watched.

See the smoked trout here

You should not post paintings of Gustav in his daily activities, DP.

The berets are black around here and that peasant cloak is not a French thing...

In addition, with so many beautiful ladies around, who needs...
