I've misrepresented nothing.

I've directly contradicted your assertion that societal intent is irrelevant in a discussion of incarceration and punishment.

I've also falsified your premise that incarceration is no more than retribution, by stating the obvious --- Incarceration protects society from violent criminals. It is self defense.

You cannot defend your ridiculous views, so you whine about 'straw men' and 'misrepresentation'.

Get a clue, Chum. Your arguments are so lame that crutches won't help.

If you want to continue to live in la-la, have fun.

But if you pontificate on social policy, expect to be called on your flim-flam.
