A wonderfully refreshing sandwich, especially during the summer heat.

TURKEY, CREAM CHEESE, CRANBERRY CROISSANT
Adapted by BumbleBeeBoogie

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup chopped raw pecans or walnuts
6 croissants, split
1 pound thinly sliced roasted turkey white meat
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3/4 cup canned whole cranberry sauce
6 red leaf lettuce leaves, washed, chilled and chopped

In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, marmalade and pecans.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on both halves of the croissants. Layer the turkey, pepper, cranberry sauce, and lettuce. Top with the remaining croissant half.

Serves 6.
