he and I worked together for years - we had our "differences" and he was the Head who overuled the EdPsych about R-'s difficulties and refused to acknoweldge home life ... however, the past disappered on Tuesday and he saw the real me - I've changed so much - he didn't have to be so nice to me - and I'm so pleased he was. Gave me a little confidence

oooh, long and busy day - my friend Pam came over this morning and we had a good 'ole chinwag which lasted well into the afternoon. Had to take a trip into the town after and got back to find the little fella had unloaded all the shopping that had been delivered and put it all away. What a star! He's then made a cheese platter for dinner (very yum) and in a little bit we're going to have a chocolate eclaire!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oooooooooooooooooooooooooh the indulgence - yayayayayyay!

So, we're sat here watching Nanny McPhee - S-boy loves this movie!!!!!!!!!!



so....GUESS WHAT.... little fella's school grades all went up - he's done really well and is chuffed to bits with himself - and I'm very very proud of his achievements - he's really settled down this term.

Our college is finished now till after Easter....I'm a free man. Likewise the Saturday music centre, we wound that up this morning.

Fiona's back is okay now, thanks. I was dancing with some gypsy women on Friday night but she declined to join us on stage, more out of bashfulnes and embarrassment I think than for concern about her lumbar regions.

I have my cousin and his wife and one of his kids staying with us this weekend. It's been fun. I am worn out though! J got hit in the face with a helmet Saturday and chipped a tooth Izzie - he is going to the dentist to get it taken care of today I hope.

Hey Missy - oh poor little fella - was it one of his front teeth? R-boy has quite a few chips when he was younger (and older) and the dentists were very clever at filling the chip so it didn't look like a chip - tho of course, this may need to be redone periodically. Your dental facilities over there are heaps better than our NHS ones here - so very much hoping that they will be able to fix it up so it looks like new.

Ahhh - such a shame for him. Try not to worry tho - let us know what they can do for him.




Had a very late night here - had some things I couldn't contain in my head any longer which bubbled over and I needed to resolve. I think I have got things under control now, the right way - so onwards and upwards I am waiting to hear from the House about R-boy - it's not looking too hopeful about him talking to or seeing us, they said Friday was a bad day for him...

Hospital follow up appointment today - so gonna take the little fella into the city and take my old laptop back to the shop coz it's broken again. It's his birthday soon - he'll be 13... I may need to bite another bullet and get him a small one which he can do his school work on. We'll see - hoping t'other one will be fixable tho.


OK - I gotta dash, lovin' y'all and thinking of those near and far. Be safe and well. Hoping our BEAgle is having the loveliest vacation and that he'll be back on the deck in the next coupla days.

eby got a message from his previous boss in Mumbai..th fella wants eby back..he had always wanted i guess but was too proud..now however he said it openly! Im proud for eby..shows his commitment~! wish i gt such a recognition frm a workplace! to be told that "you are badly needed here" after almost 2 years of quitting!
I soooo wish i cud run away to Mumbai..id be swallowed n th busy crowded life there! could avoid almost evrything i want to avoid n ths city! cud keep a safe distance and healthy bond with my inlaws..wil hve to work round th clock..bt its ok!
