@alex240101,
Unfortunately I am off to the grocery store instead of the Caribbean. Maybe I can hang out near the in-store bakery instead. (I'm staying away from the freezer section!) See you later!

Thanks for the info. I know that bat guano is a great fertilizer, and I just read that in the Orlando area bats are being culled.

I have never tried to kill any creature in my life. Strange that all the bugs seemed to have disappeared here, and that robins are everywhere.

Hugs to you, too, Izzie.

@Stormwatch,
It is nice Stormy. I will say we are mighty chilly during the February practices...but handwarmers and space heaters in the dug out seem to help! As a matter a fact I would LOVE to be sitting in the dugout with the space heater. No such luck.

Last night we had storms in Alabama...or was it the night before? I can't remember - but this was taken by my sis in law up in Huntsville. Beautiful picture - but scary stuff.

That is over the Greek Orthodox church looking out from the hospital window (she had surgery yesterday).

((Izzie)) Yay Tesco. I love that place. I wish grocery stores delivered here. I do I do I do. Wink

Gotta go cook.
hugs!

Nice picture mismi. Beautiful church. Must of took an awful lot of dolmades to build.
Stormwatch. Yabber liner is headed towards St. Croix. Family bungalows are on south end of island. Baseball diamond is in middle.

Winding down my day.

@alex240101,
Morning crew, late start for the Bosun today, many jobs at hand for a busy weekend. No rest for the wicket, Mrs. B has so much work lined up I'm thinking of disappearing to the pub. Drunk Why, oh why are you girls so demanding on a man's spare time?

@Dutchy,
Maybe because when we need you, you disappear to the pub. Wink I wouldn't mind the Prof going to the pub...as long as he takes me with him!

Thanks Alex! I have no idea what those are...but it probably did.

St. Croix sounds lovely - as well as the baseball diamond in the middle.

@Izzie,
Good day Izzie, and crew. A mild one. Rain today. Dropping temperature, snow tomorrow.
Alright, alright. Garage sales. (that is the term used for when one scatters themselves, equipment, and apparel on the side of a mountain)
One.,..mind you, I am not in my twenties anymore. One. The beginning. Dry, clean, unscathed. Top of the mountain, departing the chair lift, ..smooth,...wait, ..."hat",..hat,..where is my hat,..on lift seat,..shimmy,..slide, shim, shim,..reach, stretch, pole stretch, got it,....duck.
Two. Comfortable. Slaloming downhill. Picking up speed. Faster. Shift body sideways to power stop to shoot snow on friend. Binding failure. Landed on the side of my face. yes, it did leave a few marks.
Three. Involved a tree.
I will stop.
Going back up first or second week in February. Friend wants to take me ice climbing. A waterfall, from what I understand. L.I. policy is current.

What is everyone up to this weekend.
Have a nice day Izzie and crew.

Now, now, Dutchy dear ..... you must stop that bellyaching. Chores = Just a little price you men pay for the pleasure of your woman's company. After all, we are Goddesses ya know, and we are always well worth every little thing you are asked to do. You could not live without us. WE RULE! Wink

Barry .... Sweet! Glad you have the trip booked and you get to hug our Verby and her little munchkin. Happy for you!

Mis ..... What an amazing picture! Storms freak me out for some reason, but I always love seeing pictures like that of funnel clouds. Not to mention, that church is a work of art. Gorgeous!

Miss Izz - Friend, you have an awesome day! Don't overdo it though. We need you around here to keep us all in line! Plus ...... we love you!

Alex " Yikes! I’ve went down a few times while skiing, but I’ve never met a tree while doing it! Can’t have felt good! It tis a good thing you have your life insurance up-to-date. Razz I go skiing in Mansfield, Ohio at Snow Trails. Haven’t been there in awhile. It’s time to change that.

The rest of you -- May your day be safe and serene.

PS - All is well on the Daddy front. Will be going there in a little bit to run some errands for em'.

Take care and have a great weekend.

@JustBrooke,
Hello Folkses!

Hey there Stormy...thank you!

Barry! You get to hold Verby's sweet baby boy! How great is that? I want to so badly every time I look at his sweet face.

We have been lazy, lazy, lazy this morning! Playing Wii and watching MLB history , before that it was fishing...so thankful for the MLB history. I like to fish. I don't like watching people on TV fish.

About to go out again. Going to eat with my mom and dad in laws. They miss us. Smile It has been busy...the boys haven't seen them in a couple of weeks. So sad when we live in town. I really don't know where the time goes to be honest.

So glad to hear your dad is doing well Brooke. Be safe running those errands. I love Thunderstorms...but I hate the kind that have the tornado warnings...because we have to go in the basement. And there is only so much I can do down there. The picture is fascinating though. The colors and the lighting...it just seems to be one of those "in the right place at the right time" kind of things.

Izzie thank you...baseball was great. G-baby had to get evaluated since he is about to turn 7. He is a cracker jack though. I don't know where they placed him...but the little man has skills. My sis in law is great, thank you for asking. She had foot surgery. Will be on her tookus for several days...but she has older kids. So they can help her a lot.

Alex- I have one incident with snow skiing. I was coming off of the ski lift and there was a group of people standing close by. The snow had hardened and was quite icy and I didn't turn in time...went through them like a bowling ball goes through 9 pins. It was horrible. That was my first and only time.
Glad you are okay.

I'd much rather water ski.

@mismi,
Morning crew, some interesting comments and photo on the thread. Brooklyn you're half right, to please yes, rule never. Smile
Pleased Daddy's health is going in the right direction.

G-baby 7 mismi, they don't stay babies forever, better call him the little fella from now on.

Alex wishing you well after your spill, no broken bones I hope?

Izzie how are things on the windswept moors?

Must leave you as someone is waiting for her breakfast. Wink

@alex240101,
ooooooooooooooh Alex... love the fast downhill slalom - red run or blue? oooh wince re tree! Nasty. Glad you made it and even better, that you're going off again. EXCELLENT! N'Ice climbing........ ohhhhhhhhhhhhh... please take a camera... do me a favour....and take a pick! Wink

((((Babbling)))) - oh, how we've missed you. So pleased that PaPa is doing OK - are you all better now, still have a houseguest? Keeping you close in my heart and love you Brooklyn. x

Missy - I don't know where the time goes either... it's just gone midnite and I'm a little tired and kaput now - the days just whizz past. Glad SIL is alright and that she'll have some help. Oh, I'd not like to waterski - oh, deep water... nah nah nah... now a bit of snow and a pair of ski's - ooooh I would so love to do that again, or maybe a bit of snow and a little après - ahhhhh, Sol, Austria 88 - beaut-eeeeee-ful <sigh>. It's a dream to do it again. Maybe one day a? So pleased for G-baby - how could he not do well with his big brothers to look up to - he's gonna make you so proud. Very Happy

Bosun - morning, hope you've made MrsBEAgle a cuppa and started on the necessary details of the day. When you're done there, please turn up promptly on the deck, commence with scrubbing detail, there's a few ropes need 'a haulin' and there's a couple sails to iron, heads need rinsed and the helm needs a quick Mr Sheen on it; someone ate in the galley last nite and left the dirty dishes AND I found something on the poop deck...

...empty beer bottles! They were Crown's. Ring any bells, huh huh huh? (no says Esmerelda, no bells here Razz). So quick smart, toodle pip and... don't give me any cheek Wink

((((BlueFella)))) xox

Ha.... lovin' y'all. xxxxxxxx

<I must not post again... have taken my potion... I'm loopyloo at this time... ha, no different to any other time, I hear you cry... bruhahaha)

Nitey nite crew. x

@Izzie,
At the double Captain, and I give you two cheeks to kiss and you know where they are, and if you don't, just ask mismi. Razz Razz Wink

Now, if you treat me with more respect, I'm in my hammock on the poop deck, you're welcome to join me and I'll make them bells ring. Laughing

((((Izzie))))
