sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo - all is great here - we had a good night's sleep (was oh so verra tired after all that driving) and are preparing to leave for a day and night in the city - it's cold, wet and very miz out there - nasty weather - so, have got on sweaters and big coats and hoping to see the sights - camera in hand.


Bazza says I have to wear my sensible shoooz - so, trainers it is - we're planning on giving the little fella a treat tonight if we can and see if we can go to a musical (yay) - gonna see what the touts will ticket us

Won't be back 'til very late - but we're thinking of y'all

I have had company - my cousin and his family were here. It was lovely. But busy, busy, busy!

It is cold and grey here today...thinking I am going to have a few extra little boys this afternoon. My boys are missing their friends. It may be a mad house here...yikes!

I had a fun girls night out last night, it was a much needed break

OH yeah Stormy...the Guitar Hero...it is noisy to be sure! Yep - I will have three extra little boys here today. Maybe more...I put out a general call...it will just be for a few hours...I think I can manage! I plan on beading bracelets while they are here...will not worry one iota about this house! May make some fudge for them to snack on...we'll see...it might just be popcorn!

Glad you were able to get out and enjoy the girls, Stormy...I might have to have one of those nights again here soon! They don't happen enough for me!

I love the boys and their friends...and it makes me sad that we start school up again on Tuesday. Makes me want to cry! I hate working...I hate them having to work...I am pretty sure I am like the Grasshopper in that old Aesop Fable about the ant and the grasshopper. I think I would play every day if I could! But alas...I can't! Oh well. I won't think about it today. I'll worry about it tomorrow

Morning crew, the last day of the year and another hot one. Thank you very much for that bit of London culture Harbourmaster, I enjoyed it and can see why you are 3 happy bunnies, would have been right up Izzie's alley.

Tonight (New Years Eve) we'll be spending the night at the beach with friends and watch the fireworks at the end of the jetty, special permission has been granted for this as it will be over water and not on land. (fire danger).
