@Dutchy,
Ding, ding, ding! Since you're offering Dutchy that breakfast sounds lovely. (Otherwise it's oatmeal again to make a nice soft landing for my meds which can't be taken on an empty stomach. Honestly, the warnings on the label!)

@Izzie,
Glad to hear you're improving Izzie. I got nearly 8 hours sleep last night! Still wheezy but feeling much improved.

Enjoyed your mouse story and photos. He/she's one lucky mouse!

Someone tell me I'm not too late for Thanksgiving! What is it like to return to the bosom of a loving family? Ok, forget the family. Darn, it's at times like this that I do regret killing my parents just so I could go to the orphans picnic!

I know it's been awhile and call me a foppotee if you will; but I really missed you guys. To all those who missed me; I love you too and to those that didn't; I love you too. So that makes a fine pair!

Please excuse my voice but JW asked me a real difficult question; something about myasthenia gravis - inadvertent durotomy - I thought he said 'Deuteronomy' so I sat on the fence. Well I was shocked by the response!!!

So much for the New Testament and not coveting thy neighbors ass! Not that I live that close to Missy, but close enough for a group hug!!!

I think it was Dutchy who said, ""You wouldn't know how to please a babe if you spent 10 years on the set of Oprah!"

Not bad for a contekour, simply irrepressibly anacreontic you may think. However, spare me the turgid writhings of tormented souls from the luftmenchen of Hollywood and say something important.

To which JW could have replied, "Thou dost hast nary an inkling on coveting thine lady"
Heck; I just love that Chicago akcent!

Well, it's continuously amusing, except for some terpsicorean balletic excesses to note that I do not cometh to seek a lover, but to find a friend...although she must have nymphomaniac tendencies!

It therefore comes as no surprise that I am often asked, "In the good old days what was it like without electricity?" Well, for one thing; I remember it was not much fun to watch TV! So what's changed you may well ask?

I always remember Andy Warhol used to say, "They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself."

Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.

Some say we do not change as we grew older; we just became more clearly ourselves. Clearly that is what Marcus Aurelius Antoninus thought and although he was a Roman, those of us who remained awake during our Greek classes will remember that he quilled, "The universe is change; our life is what our thoughts make it."

It is not therefore surprising that my thoughts at this time are with those whose lives have been made more difficult due to inclement health and those who at six in the morning were confronted by a call girl offering her services...and I kid you not; he turned her down because he didn't want to spend his lunch money!!!

In conclusion may I say:
A big thank you to the very talented Katrina Wandel for the most amazing brown eyes.

Dear Spike for not asking Lovatt questions.

Tulip for increasing my heart beat.

Mama Verby for showing me there is something very real about virtual reality, although I do not claim my God made a difference; but worry not for I have many more.

Missy for switching her affections towards sweet Dutchy, thus leaving me free to play the field. Although I hafta say and I kid ewe not, the ones left in the field look mighty sheephish!

Izzie for her composure upon learning that her auto had been filled with the wrong type of gas.

I should also mention and thank Brooke who much against her better judgement wore a cheerleaders uniform to satisfy some long suppressed primeval urge that was awakened within me...That was the best dream EVER!

To all Vespa scooter lovers, Richard Lewis Hearne lookalikes, East coast dwellers , Canadians, naturists and especially Canadian naturists for a convenient place to hang my hat; may the good fairy sprinkle stardust on your bippy.

BTW: Did anyone save me a slice of turkey that could maybe fill a sammich?

@Tryagain,
There you are ...

Here...

How happy is that? Razz

Well, Happy Giving Thanks to you Blue Boy. You've excelled yourself on the twaddle talk tho your wise words are loud and clear.

Good Lawd - you have been missed by boy and girl crew alike.

Guessing life is very busy for you these days - now that the turkey farm has dwindled in numbers, hopefully you'll be able to jump aboard more often. How very good to see you back. Now, before you go, c'mere, hug... ok... go now.

Gobble up your sammich! Wink

@Tryagain,
Thanks for the greetings, Tryagain, to this inadvertent Canadian naturist. (You can keep your hat on.) Just scarred my neighbour for life, probably. We don't have a curtain on our bathroom window as the bottom half is frosted and the top half, well you could only see in if you were on the neighbour's roof, er, you know, putting up Christmas lights maybe...

@Izzie,
Good news about the Verbabe, and a pop-in from Mr. Try.

I had to sneak in with a word about how lovely it was to read the news about the Verbivores. Lovely.

@Izzie,
Hello Izzie. After diligently, cool whipping his slice of pumpkin pie, my little nephew paused in memorial, before fleeing the scene of the crime.

Tai Chi, no dogs. Enough adults though, stating the ten second rule.

Mismi. Handing you a towel to wipe all that sweat off your brow. Auburn almost won. Next week will be tougher.

Hello to everyone else.

big doings in the neighbourhood

just hearing in the background, that the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) are investigating the discovery of a body in the water near Kingsville, apparently a woman collecting shells near Heritage Beach found the body

this is of course of interest to no one but Tai Chi (and possibly Mr. Fixit)
