oh you know, living the north american dream, a little bit over weight, a little bit too high in the blood pressure and glucose department, all the good stuff

got some meds, seem to be working, the blood pressure is now at the high end of normal, go back to see the doc end of august, will have some blood work done to check the glucose

Take care of yourself. The Prof. just had to start Prevachol I think - have no clue if I spelled that right or not. But he was a bit miffed. That's what happens when you eat ice-cream at 10:00 just about every night.

Hi crew. Just been down the coast ans watched the whales in action, unfortunately to far out to take pictures. Will check everyday and hope they will come close enough to shore to be photographed, they are just massive, like giant black tree trunks floating in the water.

Nearly packed up and getting ready to head out shortly............

Rock is about an hour N of the TX border - we're meeting at an intersection somewhere in a couple of hours or so.

Praying the heat will turn down a bit - will be keeping the windows down and hoping for the best. Rock is driving in the heat without AC - he's gonna be a tired guy later on < I will drive his truck.... hahahahahahaha)

ok.......... shutting down and switching off...

An update for the Captain's road trip.She's made contact with Rockhead and they've just crossed the Oklahoma border heading for Rocks land,about 5 hours away.

We're here, safe and sound. Loooooooooooong journey - nearly 2am - been double the loooooooooooooooooooong for the Rockafella. The heat was kind to us - 85 deg around midnite - no AC but all was well. Incredible sunset - the best moon ever.

Tarred now. Hoping to sleep soon.
