@JustBrooke,
Good morning crew, I just woke up and read the invitation, count on me Brooklyn, this bronzed Aussie codger won't let the side down. As Bazza said, watch that ticker but hey who's worried when he's going whilst coming.
Had a great weekend with the family and it is not over yet, today is a public holiday (Queen's Birthday) and have lots planned for the kids, including a visit to McDonald's which they love.
No more whale sightings unfortunately, they seemed to have travelled further up the coast but no doubt will come back. A little lazy this morning as I watched the French Open in Paris, started here at 10.30pm! Nice to see Roger win that title that has eluded him sofar.
Nice flowers djjd but I haven't got time to admire them for the moment, a certain individual demands my attention for now.
Awwwww dj, sorry you missed out! BUT, lookin at them flowers, I'd say you've got plenty of eye-candy (of a different sort) to make you smile. Them's some mighty purdy flowers!!

Ain't No Mountain High Enough
Now if you need me
Call me
No matter where you are
No matter how far
Don’t worry baby
Just call out my name
I’ll be there in a hurry
You don’t have to worry
‘Cause baby, there ain’t no mountain high enough
Ain’t no valley low enough
Ain’t no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you, babe
Remember the day
I set you free
I told you, you could always count on me, darling
And from that day on
I made a vow
I’ll be there when you want me
Some way, some how
'Cause baby, there ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you, babe
My love is alive
Deep down in my heart
Although we’re miles apart
If you ever need
A helping hand
I’ll be there on the double
Just as fast as I can
'Cause baby, there ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you, babe
Uber cool kids.
Nite all, I need to go bed. Please wish me sleep. It's been lacking and making me cranky. Nitey nite. x
That is great Izzie, but I had to grin watching/hearing your English lads and lassies singing "Ain't no mountain. . . .". I'm pretty sure that slang was invented in America and we still have some who still cringe when it is used.
