You're making me nervous <looks around>.

I love you all, but you're dangerous!

@ehBeth,
I almost got my finger hit...I was standing behind the batters box (behind the fence) and trying to get the camera through the chain link...I steadied my hand on it and about that time a ball came whizzing in and hit one inch to the left of my little finger....it could have been bad. But I got the pic.

We won! We have been at the ball park since 10:30am --- just got home at 5:30pm - that's a lonnnnnnnnnnng day at the park! But it was fun..final score 11-7 tough game. But my boys stuck with it!

I am going to marinate some chicken and grab a glass of wine...going to have me a wee bit of a cook out this evening!

I've missed you all...I will read back soon. Until we get all these make up gmaes out of the way I may not be on much...but hopefully that will be soon.

hugs to all!

Hey Hey - been yabbering with FQsis for a couple hours on the dog and bone - need to go bed soon - falling down.... BUT NOT COZ OF MY SHOOZ which are still on my feet and I have clipped clopped around - BEAUTIFUL SOUND!!!!! Have been clopping down the phone to folks. Yippee!

Tired now... <yawns> - missing folksies! Mis - good to see you back here - my, that was a long day girl - little guys will be pooped too. Time for a movie and some chill time a? Glass of vino de collapso maybe in order, whadday reckon.

Djjd - glad the fingers are accounted for - helps when adding up - and Beth - not too much to be noivous about - we're about as dangerous as the soggy fruit loops in the bottom of the bowl. Wink

kk............. finishing up a hotchoc then off up the apples...... best take the shooz off first. Razz

@Izzie,
Evening Izzie, those feet are made for dancing, so pleased shoes fit you so well. Had my first 'long' sleep in my bed at home and still feeling a bit strange, now unpacking and cleaning up and life will be back to normal by tonight. A big hi to all the crew, will be back later as my mail box is overflowing. Sleep well Izzie.xx

Top of the morning to y'all.

GORGEOUS day today - just.... gorgeous.

DjjD - couldn't see the vid - darn youtube! Have you been firing people up a???? Wink

BEAgle - hope you had a BIG sleep and are well rested now. Gosh... nearly time for bed again a? What's our time difference now ... blonde head on today (yeah yeah, what's new a?) - can't figure out if you're going backsy forwards to forward backsys. :rolls:

I got a funny feeling going on today - like somethings about happen - mmmmmmmm..... not sure... dunno..... just one of those feelings. Hey ho. Picking up the camera and going in the garden. Gotta quit thinking about stuff that goes on around and over in the home town which I have no control over. Glad to be in my seclusion right now.... Bubblesville.

We'll see.

Hoping everyone is going to have a fantastic day and ....

spent so long musing that it's now...

Good afternoon Razz

@Dutchy,
Good Morning...looks like our rainout games will be rained out today. I hope to be back on if the Prof. will give over on the computer today. Izzie - those boots are fine! So happy you can fit them on your feet! Praying they heal all up - also - praying that nothing happens in town. I hate those feelings...but they don't always mean it will happen - chin up sweety - glad you grabbed your camera. I tried to download my pics last night - or is it upload? Anyway - techno-dork did something wrong. Still trying.

((Izzie)), ((Dutchy)) - ((rest of yabberliner))

see y'all later!

@Izzie,
Hey - those are some great little kix, MzIzz! clomp clomp clomp - what fun!

I dunno, djjd, I seem to remember taking a photo of one of your digits in recovery. Fingers are in peril on a ship. But of course, that is the way it is on board a boat. Remember Cap'n Hook?

Brendalee and I survived a 3.5 hour St. Matthews Passion last night. Actually quite wonderful, but our bums were a bit numb by the end.

@ehBeth,
Hey Crew

<contented sigh>

Went to a lake. Watched the clouds. No words...

Feeling... gladly turned into pleasant... gentle... calm... much love, peace momentarily

Put my boots on again... clomped for a while in the conservatory. Laughed. My PaPa and MaMa came over to pick up one of my cards for my Godmother - they have gone away for a bit - I got them to stand outside the conservatory and close their eyes. My PaPa used to get so infuriated about my clomping around on the wooden floors at Links Tor - he used to say he could always tell my mood by the sound of the clomp since I was around 16 years old.

So I asked them to keep their eyes closed and listen. PaPa was never so happy to hear me clomp again. MaMa could not believe I could put them on again. OK... only for a bit - I won't be able to wear heels everyday - but... I got a little piece of me back in my step. Sounds stupid, doesn't it. Can't describe how good it made me feel tho.

thinking of Noddy....

@mismi,
Thanku Mis - some days feel so so good!

I was talking with someone today - telling them about what had happened with the consultant (heh - still can't quite say that conversation out loud yet) - anyhoo - one of things the consultant did say was that when my hands get really bad they can put artificial joints in (which sounds horrendous but really isn't, in fact it's verra easy and has excellent results) - when I said this to the person they said, you know, this is the rest of your life - operations and cr@p like that.... and I said, well it "could" be, not "is" - but quite honestly I have it easy compared to many and so as long as I focus on the positive, then I can do it.

Now when I'm having a bad day - it's hard to think of the good things - but today, what I thought was going to be a bad day, because I was so rattled thismorning (and it could still all go t!ts up) and hadn't slept last nite - turned out to be a good day - so...... bonus.

Little things like putting my feet in my old, old boots - well, it really does make all the difference to me - I don't feel quite so.... redundant. Oh - LOVE MY BOOTS! Razz

Goodness gracious me, waking up to Nancy Sinatra walking all over you, at 6am in the morning is a bit much Tai Chi. Smile but thanks for the thought. Glad you had a good day Izzie reflected in the nice photographs. Wish I had your gift in capturing things. Hope all you guys had a great weekend. Cheers from down under where a new week has started.
