I am still croaking - not quite so much - and not planning on too much today. Little fella made me a cuppa tea just now and he's making me some toast and jam at the moment. He's forgotten that he has a hidden birthday present for me - I think he might be waiting 'til his big brother comes over... not sure... so, just keeping quiet about that at the moment. Bless him. You gotta smile.

Good morning my hearties and what a morning it is, I am absolutely stunned by Izzie's work of art, the most amazing birthday card I have ever received. Thank you so much Captain for all the hard work you put into that one and the rest of your post, it's mind boggling! Haven't had time to do the 'crossie' yet but I will as soon as I find a spare minute. ((((Izzie)))) Isn't she just the greatest.
To Mismi, Alex, DjjD62, verbivore, Annis and Brooke thank you also for your kind wishes and thinking of the 'old' Eagle, you all made my day! Would like to say more but I'm just lost for words.

Hey Crew...

I know that everyone will be real busy now and with their family and friends so I just wanted to wish you all a very Happy 25th of December.

I can't tell you what you all mean to me - you give me air to breathe, you listen, you hear and give me strength to step forward every day. You are all in my heart. I wish you all peace over the holiday season.



I will be on the deck and at the helm keeping watch over the next couple days - and will sail us away to the third star to the left...

Good morning, Miz Iz! Wishing upon you and all of A2K ~ a VERY Merry Christmas and a much better new year for those that need it.

I am the official sugar cookie baker in my family. Kinda like releasing the "art energies" that I have been blessed (or not) with. Took some platters to neighbors yesterday. Also finished up decorating them yesterday, to take to parents tomorrow. And..... I have some left for the crew!

Christmas day for me is getting up early and going to help my Mom get things around. We have lots of kids in my family....so it is a fun day because of that fact. They will open their presents before lunch. The adults generally open theirs after lunch. One thing for certain...... Christmas will be a long and noisy day!
