I hope everyone's little people and old people are doing well.

Indeed ehBeth, would you believe in another city! Fathers Day downunder and Mrs. Beagle already surprised me with a beautiful breakfast and son and family rang from far away, magic start to the day. Wishing everybody a great day.

Hey all…

Well, it’s taken me a while to get my act together " but here’s the pics of our RH and JPB and the little fella when we visited Uncle Rock’s.

We really had such a wonderful time. RH went out of his way to make us feel right at home " and we were " at home with him " and as if the three of us had known each other for years…. JPB is like a big sister (and she is sooooooooo tall).

The little fella has a major hero worship of Uncle Rock " they were like two kids together playing on the computer and talking…… boys games. When we went to the Cosmosphere " I’m not sure who was the biggest kid (photos to come of that). JPB was also wonderful with the little fella taking time to talk to him about stuff that had happened with his big brother and reassuring him and just… loving him.

The fish fest…. Now JPB was mastercheffette in the kitchen…. And RH was masterchef on the smoker.
I was allowed to watch! They were both fab!









The boys in the rocket simulator…. Little fella came out looking as tho he had been to Mars " he was green looking…. RH was brill " there was no way JPB or I were going in… so RH just stepped on up.



"errrrr....we are serious astronauts... we do not smile whilst on a mission.... now Buzz off"...

RH gave the little fella some of his prize possessions to bring home….. which the little guy adores " he also showed him how to play computer games….


We went to the pub….


Little fella was shown how to play SHUFFLEBOARD (bless the waitress who didn’t charge us!)
Now this is serious stuff.... slowly slowly....


We went to one of RH’s very good friends….. the place that was incredibly fascinating… this makes up the fascination…



It was a grand time and one we will remember always.

Especially the little fella…

Well, Happy Father's Day, Dutch- from the land of Happy Birthday here. Kids are still playing outside, cake & ice cream was eaten and a good time was had by all. Thing 2 got some "bakugon"(?) toys that are all the rage so he's happy as a clam. Mommy survived, yay! Much more low key than I used to do but I think just as good. <smiling sigh>
LOVE the pics, Iz-. Man, wish I could've been there. 'Twas a fab time was it not?! Hope all you & yours are doin' good. Gotta rustle up a little something for dinner now!

Izzie, it must all seem like a wonderful dream - but it DID happen and you will be able to revisit it all in your mind whenever you like. Mmmmmmm.

Had a nice day - lunch out with a few friends that I meet up with once a month.

Torrential rain/floods here, though - my son now lives in a house that was flooded last year and it had to be vacated for several months while being renovated - sandbags out again last night. Such a worry for them, especially as heavy rain is expected all week.

We had some awful flooding yesterday - I have been verra lucky so far and have never had to experience anything like that - I hope and pray that you and yours stay safe there. Oh Tico... Merles was great. What a fab juke box there and we played pool too!!! Sammiches were HUGE.... MASSIVE, GINORMOUS, HUMUNGOUS... and I only had half a one!!!!!!

Great place tho - would love to be there if they had a band there - would be up on the chairs dancing.
