TTH that really stinks that you reinjured your shoulder. Crying or Very sad I have two friends that have recently had shoulder surgery. One is recovering quickly and is very glad she did it. The other is still in a lot of pain and is facing months of rehab and therapy. He put off the surgery as long as he could. I don't envy you a bit and I hope you get some relief soon.

Izzie you've been quiet today, hope you are getting some good rest and not overdoing it! Very Happy Could you please fire up that snow plow and send it my way again? We are due to get another foot of snow tonight. Shocked

mismi I'm glad to see you are feeling a little better, you'll be fully recovered soon Very Happy

Thanks Try I will remember that Laughing

Stormwatch I have talked to 4 people who have had the surgery and none of them ever regained their total movement as before. If at all possible I am not going that route. I can mostly deal with the pain except for it interrupting my sleep. Oh, Izzie posted she was going to new house today.

I can't wait to hear about ChezIzzie and what she thinks...hoping she takes care of those poor little feet though.

TTH - I was supposed to have arthroscopic surgery on my knee because of a tennis mishap (I am the world's largest clutz - pretty entertaining to watch - like watching America's Funniest Video's or something) anyway - the doc said there was no guarantee the pain would be gone after I had it done....so I said "No Thankyou" and walked out. It still flares up every once in a while...but I am not one for having surgery if it is not going to take care of the problem...although - I would have gotten good drugs. That is ALWAYS a happy thing...

Sorry - did not mean to turn that back to me...must stop that - I hope your shoulder gets well soon and you sound like me - the less invasive the better - needles and knives...(shiver)...

Thank you Stormy - I really am...

Even perkier this afternoon - all of your well wishes have worked - and that super antibiotic cy something - ...starting to feel more like myself..though my house really is depressing me. I have stacks of stuff everywhere because my two 8 year olds, their 4 year old brother and their 40 year old oldest brother can't seem to clean up behind themselves. I have spoiled them all....my daughter - in - laws are not going to rise up and bless me for this....I guess I need to start crackin' the whip and getting them into shape...especially the old brother(my sweet baboo)... Rolling Eyes

okey dokey - can you tell I'm feeling better...all chatty again.
see y'all later

What became of the drunken sailor….., what became of the drunken sailor Shocked

Oh no no no - Of course I wasn't drunk - would I do that to my crew without inviting them along? Very Happy

Sorry for being a little remiss today - had to take a bit of shore leave and kinda lost my way a little.

Hope JPB is well rested and I must say, Thanku Bear for taking the nite shift. Bear and RH - great youtubes. RH - think you've been reading my mind again - but that's another story! Smile Smile

TTH - you are very fortunate to have a little piece of that world. How wonderful. I have never seen anything like that for real - you are very blessed girlie. Thanku for sharing a part of your world with us. Smile

Alex24something - hope you have a good long weekend and have fun with the visitors mate. I'm sure you will. Enjoy Smile

Big Red - back hugs again - just keep on smiling hun and thanku for sweeping me off my feet. I enjoyed it. You'll be a great dance partner if I don't have to put my feet on the floor a? Smile

BlueBoy - guess you have been naughty again if you're on pizza duty. MMMMMMMMMM - it's being noted! Next punishment is cleaning the "heads" and I'm sure you are well aware what that means. Well, I'm sure we will all feed well, despite the fact you are cooking up a storm!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ship's announcement…

If there is anyone left who is not ill or injured, will they please make themselves know to T.R.Yagain - a good time is assured!

Thank you for your attention.

Let me inform the crew that T.R.Yagain is the alter-ego of the Beautiful Baby Blue - I hope that Special Crew Agent Wandel will appear shortly to ensure that Mr. Yagain does not corrupt our ship here! If you think the Blue is Bad, wait t'il you see Mr. Yagains Breaking News Headlines! Shocked

Crew chant for Wandel to return. Oh Wandel, where are you? Confused

Stormy - another foot of snow huh … reinforcements on way….

That's my girl. So glad to see you're back mismi-dixie-mi. Take it easy for a few days girl and try not to get run down. It's the weekend - so, just chill for the most part - PaPaMismi is around, yeah - you rest up and get fit again. You were missed on board. So good to see your smiling face here again. Very Happy

So… will tell you all about the new ChezIzze tomorrow and post some pics. It's all good. The weather was horrid horrid horrid today - but the pics give you an idea of what's what. All seems to be moving very fast. OMGosh.

Need to sign the ships log off for the night - 3.55am and need to hail down a dreamcatcher from somewhere, fast. Rolling Eyes

Wishing all the crew a very good nite. See you tomorrow.

Crew - you are the best Smile

JPB - I hope you all are staying warm there...when is your girl due back? How's that going?

Mornin' all.

A tune to start the day... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkCwY9kdgDg&feature=related

Another busy day yesterday but yes, I'm rested and ready for a new day.

Izzie -- I hope you're snoozing soundly. Looking forward to seeing the new abode. I may see wandel on Tuesday for lunch. I'll let him know he's awol.

Mismi -- glad you're feeling better. Don't push to do too much too soon.

Daughter K is spending five weeks in FL with my sister. Today completes week one. Sis hasn't lived with a teenager since she was one a very long time ago. K likes to wake up at the crack of noon. Sis wakes up at the crack of dawn. They're having fun discovering their differences and similarities. K says that Sis and I are just alike. I told her she's more like us than she realizes. Smile

TTH -- sorry to hear about your setback. Take care.

Stormy -- we have a one day reprieve from shoveling. More slop coming tomorrow. I sympathize with your plight.

Another busy day ahead here. I'd better get to it.

Happy Saturday, crew.

She is just in a quiet mood - hopefully not glum...I get that way sometimes.

Guess who my new best friend is? nah...you wouldn't believe me if I told you. But she and I have been hanging out at practice together a lot. If you don't know of her - you have to have heard of her. Country singer - beautiful girl - and she thinks I am hilarious...and she knows my name...I am an absolute idiot and have been drinking. Can you tell? Please forgive me - because I am pretty sure I am going to be sorry about all of this tomorrow Laughing

Hi everyone, good evening/afternoon/morning!

Izzie thanks for the plow..I think you scared that storm right off, we only got about 8 inches. Very Happy How are you feeling today? Hopefully better each day and cheery as ever.

JPB..You've had a nasty winter over your way too. I think the stuff you are in for tomorrow is going to hit us in the form of rain/freezing rain about Tuesday. I don't know about you but I've had enough. Can't see over the snowbanks anymore Laughing Laughing

Oh hunni - that was great - can you order us 2 of them - then, when everything is plain sailing we can have girls crew v boy crew - was laughing at the end just imagining us all doing that. I'd do it and duck - then giggle my head off as they looked for the culprit. So me! Laughing

Now where is our Bear Sad - he was so good to do the nite shift - and even tho he had a few rums - he seems to have taken shore leave and we know not where he is. Confused Well, Bear my love, hope all is well Down Under - have missed you today.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TW5IdBWmWGc&feature=related

Hopefully you will come back soon - (then I won't have to post the above again…. That would be good a?) Smile

Mismi-dixie-me. So glad you are feeling better. Smile My little fella and I make pancakes all the time - this was his last one….

http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/5576/p2503071043zx4.jpg

Covered in sprinkles and goo and all sorts of…………. Lovely things!!!!! Nice a? Shocked

Now as for your intake of alcohol…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsEV0G_WyPc&feature=related

Maybe will steer clear of the Carribean for a while. (Got that BabyBlue - STEER CLEAR OF CARRIBEAN PLEASE!)

And hun - your new best friend - well - whoever, she is - she is very fortunate to know you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and hunni - you are hilarious - but all good hilarious - you make us all smile big) Very Happy

JPB - thanku for the song Smile - have been humming it now and swaying! LOL. If you would be so kind - please ask Crew Wandel to come onboard when he get's the chance. We have missed him too. I know he has been busy trying to sort out T.R.Yagain - and we are grateful - please send him our best and hope both you and he are not too chilly in the Windy City. Smile

Hugs for K. in FL - she's doing great JPB - flying on her own and doing a grand job of it. Well done Aunty K. too - it'll be nice for them both.

TTHun - you can sit in the corner and take a load off for a while. The BlueBoy can keep you company - he's a little busy today methinks, for crew duty, so maybe you can just look out for one another. Sending you both a ((((((((xox)))))))))) and we'll catch up later. Smile

Stormy - glad it wasn't as bad as forecast - keep plowing on and the sun will soon shine girl. Smile

So trusty crew - I haven't managed to post pics yet of the new abode - yesterday was a bit of strange day and have a little memory loss so haven't got round to doing camera duty yet. Embarrassed However, I will show you new ChezIzzie soon. It is lovely. Very different to where I am now - but I know it will be happy. All positive steps.

So signing off the Ships Log and wishing you all a very lovely Sunday wherever you are and whatever you are doing.

Y'all take care.

Crew - you are the best. Smile

Nice to have you back on board Smile
