@annis,
Morning Crew
Had a long yabber with the Bosun this morning and he sounded GOOD!
We were talking about his son and the pride in his voice was booming out (quiet booming, but booming nonetheless.) He's not able to do any walking but MrsDanny did take him for a little drive in the car and they had a bite to eat whilst they were out. He's still struggling with the angina pains...and it's all a bit of a puff and hard work to get through the days at the mo, but he's going into this surgery with a positive beak, whilst understanding that this big open heart surgery is going to mean a very long recovery. Also had a chat with Mrs Danny and she's, as always, holding up remarkably well and taking very good care of her man. She's a strong and stoic lady, worried as you'd expect, and knowing that's there's a lot of hard work ahead, but supportive and keeping Danny in check!!!!!!! Heh heh
As with our Boida, the 17th will be the day of finding out what is going to happen and when... so a few more days of anxious waiting and staying as relaxed as possible. Not easy under the circumstances.
Tomorrow is going to commence this start to a long week for Danny with hospital appts each day for renal and heart things, so were hoping with the highest hopers that the operation will take place soon after he sees the surgeon so he can start his recovery.
Again, he's most appreciative and thankful for all your messages and wishes and he's overwhelmed at all the goodness folks are sharing with him. Bless y'all.
