I know how you feel Stormy, been there done that, if he is a responsible lad you'll have no worries. My son now worries about my driving, he tells me, "you shouldn't be on the road you old fart".
He is responsible. He also knows better than call me an old fart, or he won't be driving anywhere!!!

Hi all,
Well thank you for advice on mac etc I now am a proud owner of a mac book pro with good graphic cards!! still working around all the different stuff!
I see all is well on the ship, that's good! I have had a very busy day and actually succeeded in a break through with a yr 9 lad who has aspergers! caught smoking and refused to go to the internal exclusion room! After 2 hours of hard work, talking, persuasion, throwing balls, walking! I eventually find out he is actually very hungry and thirsty! He then agrees to do his session in this room! Afterwards came out and gave me a high five!!! Oh boy! Apart from that I am soooo busy with other kids who have their own difficulties and our very small teaching room is filling up! trouble is school rules are school rules and they really don't give and I end up fighting with it! so followed policy and trying to get senior management on side!
Seriously just about spewed my drink all over my new laptop.
Hilarious. I can't believe I haven't heard this song before now.
Thank you.
Awesome on the break through Tulip! SO proud of you. I know you are thrilled.
McT and Dear Dutchy - we did not one of us bring a camera. It really was a girls weekend though. Not a stitch of makeup and we were pretty natural. I can't find my camera...which concerns me. I have too many pics on that thing to lose it.
That's no promise. Anyway...that pic of Dutchy's was a long time ago. Pre-kids and all that.....it just ain't the same no mo.
McT said he wanted some indecent pictures...had we taken them you might think they are indeed indecent.

I don't know whether the cap'n had a chance to see the centre-spread photo in The Guardian today, but it was a goody, and put me in mind of her work. A closeup of a dew-bejewelled insect.
