So back home and we are very very tired! Such a busy weekend! Hampton Court flower show was great but busy. Saw loads and got lots of freebies!

Then back up to London again on the Sunday with the girls and walked miles!! but had a good day! Drove back on Monday! Fboy still at Izzies doing his work experience at her school! Haven't heard much from him but Sboy said he is doing ok, do miss him though.

@Annis - yup - i shud follow - tho its not easy - theres a routine i need to set myself - a couple of hours away from household chores to study and prepare....i shud try tho - the captains not been around for a while i guess....hope vrythng is ok at her end - do convey my regards..

Hi verbivore good to hear from you. As you know because of my illness I have to watch what I eat. Last week I enjoyed a cappuccino and carrot nutcake with Found Soul, delicious. Tonight it will be the best seafood my son has to offer, fresh King George Whiting, a Lobster and salads, may even open a bottle of white wine. Have not heard from the Captain for a while so hope she is alright.

Crew spoke to the Captain tonight, happy to report she is allright and not flooded out by all the rains they had on the Moors.

Indeed wandeljw, Dr. has me on a special diet, fish certainly but lobster only sporadically.
