@McTag,
I can. I just make the little thingy move down to the place I stopped. It works well. Beautiful McT. Love it.

((Izzie))

I am back safe and sound and just sent them off again. Between band and baseball we are quite busy. Good thing I am back in my manic mode. I like manic. A lot.

@mismi,
When are you going to stop talking 'mouth of the south', nobody can get a word in. Laughing

Such a lovely day here I felt compelled to wander down the beach and do a bit of bird watching, Mrs.B suspected what I had in mind and togged along. Wink

Izzie I see it went down to zero degrees up your way, hope you have a roaring fire going to keep you and S-boy nice and warm.

Waves from downunder.

@McTag,
Outstanding! I liked your introduction about growing up in Glasgow. Did you give this link to Letty's WA2K thread?

@wandeljw,

Yes I did. Thanks WJW

It's almost impossible to convey to the younger generation what the early 50's were like. No television, no central heating (and some very cold winters too), drab colours, food rationing, clothes rationing, quite a lot of horse-drawn transport still. When I was about 6, our daily milk delivery came in a horse-drawn cart, and you had to take your own jug out to be filled.

Happy days? Of course- we were young, and knew nothing else.

@mismi,
Hi Miss Sunshine, pleased to see your happy face. Don't worry about giving certain people a blast yesterday, certain people deserve it. And seeing certain people getting a blast brightens up my day.

@izzythepush,
Well then - it makes me happy I brightened your day! Smile

I spun my wheels all day. I wake up with such wonderful plans and then end up just making a big ol' mess.

drives me insane.

Rest well to those who need rest - have a good day to Dutchy and those down under.

Wink
see you all tomorrow.

Maybe it's the different vernacular, but I've got an image of you sat at the potter's wheel.

@izzythepush,
That would be more productive than what I did. It's more like me in a car in a mudhole just spinning and not getting anywhere - and slinging mud everywhere. More messy than anything.

But tomorrow is another day. Very Happy I guess I will give it another shot.

Hi all!

Am sitting waiting for Sgirl she is stuck on a bus somewhere between Exeter and Okehampton due to a fire! So have wine in one hand and mobile in other!

Been very busy day with one thing and another supporting people!! But have an interview next week for a new job! Don't think I will get it! It would be more money and more hours! Well Mum still here she has been ill but better now! Dog had to have an op! He is still not 100% but is getting there! So money is a bit short, had me first ever final demand on a bill! hey do I care! nope! I will just muddle through!

Well am wishing all well X

@Rockhead,
Holes are British, but we usually put toads in them. I think you'll find the mud is all Mississippi, I think they make a pie of some sort.
