@Stormwatch,
Thanks Stormy but it wasn't for me.Just for once,I decided to schlep around the local shops,for 5 hours,in the drizzling rain,and came home with nothing,apart from a portion of chips (the Brit ones) and curry sauce.Got what I wanted within 5 minutes online.
Waves to crew.Still playing with my new toy.I love it!

@Barry The Mod,

What toy was that, Baz, I'm not keeping up.

I hate the theme music for The Andrew Marr Show, by the way.

Looks good.
I too (old chaps like me) have collection of vinyl LPs gathering dust, never heard.
It would be nice to do as you are doing.

@Barry The Mod,
Magic little machine Harbourmaster, been looking for something like this for a long time. Have taken the details and see if they are available here.

Beautiful morning down my way and about to go for a stroll along the beach, yesterday morning was special as the majestic liner Queen Mary II sailed into harbour, an unbelievanle sight.

I'm off now before Mrs. B puts me to work. Smile

I guess you all are wondering what has become of Izzie and Missie!

Well, it was my intention that all three of us would go down to Whistler and get us some time on the slopes. However, the best placed plans of mice and men...The temp at the Peak was and I kid you knot; -6; that's -15 for foreigners and over 31 inches of snow fell in the last week.

Needless to say that if you have seen those girls in skin tight Stretch Piste Pants, you would know why I could not venture outside for fear of being exposed!

Anyway, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan cruised into town and with a pair like that a guy can get distracted!

I hope the rest of the crew are well and taking it to the man.

@Tryagain,
Thanks for the information Tryagain, been wondering all week where those gals got to, not a word from either of them. Sad

Should you run into them by any chance (most unlikely with Paris Hilton in tow) tell them there is a lonesome Bosun at the helm.

Heard from KiwiChic that she is safe after the disastrous earthquake in New Zealand. The city of Christchurch was hit hard yesterday but Kiwis are an extremely tough breed and will overcome this great tragedy.

Waves from downunder.

That's not really a big deal. I ran into both of them in a single afternoon at my neighborhood laundromat. They were chewing gum and looking for coins to put into the washing machines.

(It is possible that they were only Hilton and Lohan lookalikes.)

Hi all!~ Glad to hear KiwiChic is okay. What a scary thing. So much going on everywhere.

Had to stick my head in to say hello - we are back into baseball season hot and heavy. Between working full time and that - my house is a wreck! The Professor has gotten VERY good at laundry. Wink Bless him.

Hugs to you all!
