Belated happy Fourth of July all, although I do get a little confused as to why one minute it is for kicking the British out; then Thanksgiving celebrating their arrival....I blame the Tea Party!

I invited the girl next door over for a meal as I had some pizza left over from the USA v. England soccer match from the week before that I found down the back of the couch, followed by some fireworks!

Unfortunately the building superintendent would not let her Seeing Eye dog into the lobby, so she never made it to the elevator. Just as well really, as I had forgotten my scout training about what you have to rub with what to make a spark!

Hull low everybodies, I have risked emerging in the sunlight hours to belatedly wish happy birthdays, unbirthdays and well being amongst the crew and to apologize to Mz Olga for possibly getting her confused with Margo. I know one of them is a Hellcat!

JW - I think we are talking at cross purposes here; all I'm saying is...

In your case the best ways to lose belly fat easily, is to exercise early in the morning: Jog or do brisk walking for 30 minutes to 1 hour every day before breakfast. Morning exercise tends to keep you active for the full day which is one of the best ways I know to lose humungous belly fat fast - have an active day!


Izzie, lovely to see you so happy and active; no such problem with your taut abs and peach complexion. I am sure Dutchy would like to see some pictures of you in that tight latex divers suit frolicking in the sun kissed surf. If he should demure; I sure would!
