BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM BREAD

1-1/4 cups water
1 package active dry yeast
1 cup rolled oats
3 cups white bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup honey
2 Tablespoons Bailey's Irish Cream

Put ingredients in your bread machine's pan in the order listed.

Select "white bread" setting on the machine and press Start.

This bread doesn't rise much, but the texture is great.

OATMEAL BOURBON BREAD

1 package active dry yeast
1 cup rolled oats
3 cups white bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon granulated white sugar
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
1-1/4 cup warm water

Put ingredients in your bread machine's pan in the order listed.

Select "white bread" setting on the machine and press Start.
