Photo resizing.

If you use Windows you can easily resize pic files using Paint. Just open the file in Paint, select Image, then Stretch/Skew. If all you want to do is decrease or increase the size of the pic just select Stretch, and enter a number percentage that you want. Like, 50% for half the size or 200% for double the size.
