So, I bought on impulse, some cocoa powder and Saffron.
Sauteed portabello mushrooms, onions, celery, Saffron in olive oil. Add at least a tablespoon of cocoa powder (has to turn brown. Add salmon. Let simmer in pot till salmon is cooked.
Am going to experiment some more with it-- adding different flavors. prunes maybe? apricots. Just thinking.
god I love salmon.... that sounds great...
I eat a lot of it because the Omega-3's are way more effective this way than in a pill form. I'm better adjusted for eating salmon.
I forgot to say-- this most recent stew I added orange roughy too.
