I don't know what is causing this and so don't know how to stop it. Should I stop it?
Please explain. You can time out from a lot of this ranging from loading webpages to checking email.
It can be caused by many things ranging from connectivity issues somehwere between you and whatever you are connecting to or even problems on your computer.
my 1st idea is try a program that keeps ping alive but as craven said this is a large topic.
