You're really a piece of work there bippey. Anybody who's against evil or corruption is a negativist and a "hater(TM)"....
The thing which is interesting in the Duke case is the possibility and potential for the entire leftwing power structure at a major university to basically get decapitated inconsequence of their own malevalent activities. I know, I'm a "hater" for pointing this out to people.
The three indicted players settled with Duke for some really huge amount of money (the settlement included any liability on the part of the infamous gang of 88 profs who signed that horrible "listening" letter), and are now suing the city of Durham and several of its civic leaders in a case which is in progreee.
The players who were NOT indicted were still harmed by the way the situation was handled on campus, including retaliatory grading, being called rapists in classrooms run by the leftwing swine mentioned above, and being put in real physical jeopardy by rogue factulty elements abnd students who posted wanted posters with all of their pictures around campus and then invited the "new black panter" party onto campus, presumably to hunt the lax players down like dogs... These other legal shoes have taken a while for ducks to line up properly to fall, but were altogether anticipated.
A big element of the picture is the question of accountability on universities dominated politically by leftwingers and which are funded to such an extent by endowments that they can afford to simply tell alumni and normal contributers to screw off.
Stay tuned.
