I have a sears water softener, and I need some help. I noticed that my water was getting hard, so I check the tank. The water level was up to the top. I cleaned the venturi tube and recharged it. The water level went down 6 inches but is still above the salt level. what should I do now. Please help.

and another... click here for softener diagnostics...

And here's a good place to get parts... click for Sears softener parts
